Only Melatonin is indexed for appetite, with one low-rated study (WA 36) for effect size and evidence and medium trust.
Melatonin helps regulate appetite and eating habits, and disrupted melatonin may be linked to increased eating. Research reviewed in humans and animals suggests melatonin supplements might help balance appetite hormones and metabolism, even when they do not consistently change how much people eat.
