What is jiaogulan?
Jiaogulan (Gynostemma pentaphyllum) is a plant that may help to improve blood sugar control in some people with type-2-diabetes.
Dosage
A typical dose of jiaogulan is 6g of dry weight leaves brewed to make tea. This dose has been used to treat symptoms of type-2-diabetes.
